Admission process in MMIS has two sub categories – evaluation and enrollment.
Evaluation is meant to screen all applicants who apply in MMIS.
Enrollment begins when the applicant has passed the evaluation process.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you log in to myMMIS, please read the whole procedure below.
Download and fill out the evaluation form. Please ensure to provide up-to-date information.
Send the evaluation form together with the
scanned copies of the required documents to one of the following:
and wait for a call for the feedback of your application status from our school's representative.
After the call from the school representative,
check your registered email address for the credentials to sign in to myMMIS.
Sign in to myMMIS.
(Before you login, please read through the whole process below.)
In case of forgotten passwords:
Click "I don't know my password" and enter your registered email address.
You will receive instructions on how to reset your password.
Open the myMMIS site again, and sign in using your new password
Go to the "Enrollment" section.
For students eligible for enrollment
Click "Enroll Now"
For students with previous year balances
Click "Pay Now" and follow the steps. After settling the balance,
go back to the "Enroll" section and click "Enroll Now".
Fill out the following forms:
A-01 Medical Record Form and
A-03 Parent's Consent
Click "Submit" button to submit the forms.
After the reviewing of the submitted documents, the Business Office
will send an assessment with the corresponding school fees to your registered email address.
Go to the "Enrollment" section, click "Pay Now", and follow the steps to complete payment.
For bank transfers, you may transfer payment to the following accounts:
CEBU MONTESSORI FOUNDATION INC.
Once payment is verified, you will receive an email confirming that the enrollment is successful.
